STATEMENT OF INTENT

We, the staff of The Scoop have a simple reason for producing the content of this site: We think it is funny. In a world as insane as ours it is often necessary to take a step back and laugh a little. That's what we hope to do - laugh a little.
Sometimes we may cross some lines and even sometimes we may flat out offend. But rest assured that this content is written with every intention of making our readers laugh, not to be hateful, not to be hurtful but to simply inspire a sense of humor and laughter. After all nothing eases pain better than laughter.
